About Rona

Celebrity Fitness & Lifestyle Coach – Healthy Gourmet Chef

I have been a fitness and lifestyle coach for over 20 years and busy people are my specialty.

I received a degree in Phys. Ed from Penn State University along with certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the American College of Sports Medicine. I’ve written and published articles for BeverlyHillsPeople.com, New York’s Peerless Magazine, Muscle and Body, JLiving and more. I’ve been featured in Town and Country Magazine, Avenue, Nebraska Bride, Vitality and others. I have also been seen and heard on TV and radio. I was a featured, recurring guest on KGO-TV (San Francisco) and XETV (San Diego) as a fitness coach and healthy chef. I’ve been interviewed on WABC radio in New York City. Some of my celebrity clients have included fashion designer Marc Jacobs, Juicy Couture founders Pam Levy and Gela Nash-Taylor, John Taylor of Duran-Duran, actress Kyra Sedgwick and model/entrepreneur Iman.

I’m one of the few in this business with life experience on both sides of the desk. A former VP of sales for a media rep firm, I made my passion my profession and pursued a career in fitness, health, stress reduction and heightened creativity. I offer keynotes, workshops, breakouts, retreats, training and seminars such as “Th 10 Areas of Wellbeing” and “Stress and Creativity-a User’s Guide”

I am also the author of the cookbook series, “Does This Cookbook Make Me Look Fat?” They’re the first funny, healthy cookbooks that address the needs of all those people who need 37 hours in a 24-hour day, but want to feed their family good food and entertain with panache with recipes that don’t take forever to make. And they really are funny! I know…I wrote them and I was giggling the whole time.

Feel free to contact me with any questions. Email, text, call…let me know what you’re thinking. I actually answer everyone.
